Thanks for the screenshot, Nick. It should show the sign in page here. Can you try uninstalling Music Manager and reinstalling it? Keep us posted.

that actually came up after the sign-in page. it was after i chose the folder to upload from, and i clicked through to the "you have space for 50,000 songs" bit, clicked next, and this came up.
