I think it's also a
@googlechrome / webstore issue. Apps eventually break on update and you need to find a new one once in a while. And then SEO is straight up confusing especially for Google's own apps. Would love to talk to@googlechrome 's team to report multiple findings. -
So previous version broke. The
@GooglePlayMusic app link provided by the troubleshooting page was the one reenabling "music uploads".The one provided by Google search is not working. And the webstore's search doesn't show any Google Play Music app
