Yes and it says Google Play Music was declined on Nov. 25 but the money was taken out yesterday at 7:09PM PST.

It didn’t get resolved. I’m very upset and I doubt I’ll use this service again at this point. You charge a full amount as an account hold and I’ve never experienced a company doing more than $1-$2 for a hold. This is disappointing that the only resolution is create a new account

The $9.99 hold has still not been lifted from my account either in the 24hrs I was told. So you didn’t renew my service nor did you reallocate the funds from the hold on time.
