Kind of assumed when i downloaded music to my phone through @GooglePlayMusic that id be able to listen to it with my data off. What a silly assumption for me to make

Theres no error message (it just keeps trying to load to no avail) and im accessing through android on a galaxy s9. Thank you :)

Thanks for the details. Let's try clearing the app's cache: Settings > Apps > Google Play Music > Storage > Clear cache > Restart. Also, make sure that you're running the latest version of Play Music app. Let us know if that helps!

So im able to listen to it offline when i choose the album through the artists tab, but the songs are greyed out and dont play when i play them from a user created playlist
