.@GooglePlay Do I have to become an #iPhone user? Because I'm due for a new phone, and the fact that I can't upload music (after months of emailing your support crew) makes your player basically useless. Was trying to avoid iTunes - but at least THEY work!

I'll try tomorrow, but not holding my breath. I had an email conversation going for MONTHS while this was looked into, and was told they had no answers or ideas. Meanwhile, if I "Google" (ha! irony!) there are plenty of people with the same problem and no solutions either.
