@GooglePlay Hi. Pre ordered an album released today. No option to download on Google play and can't even stream on Google Music app. Paid 7.99 but can't access anything.

My case has been referred to the technical support team who say they'll get back to me within the usual 24-48 hours. The annoying thing is, I can't even stream the album on my Google music app, whereas I can stream any other album I choose, as normal.

Have cancelled my payment for this album and been approved my refund. Will consider attempting to pay again when this gets sorted. Meanwhile I STILL can't buy, stream or download this album, (Paul Heaton - Last King Of Pop) from any Google source. Massively unimpressed!!
