It's an issue that's already being looked into from what I read: the uploading album art error.
Just to confirm, have you tried these steps: Go to the web player here: https://goo.gl/p9DJKP > Hover over album > Select the Menu icon ⋮ > Edit album info > Click change on the album art area to upload an image? Keep us posted.

We've all done that. For weeks. It worked briefly last week and is now broken again. All we want is an acknowledgement of the problem and a fix. But GPM is acting like it's an isolated issue.
