It's not only odd its HAPPENING TO EVERYONE!!! For a paid service this is unacceptable, especially when you arent able to reach support. If this isn't fixed by end of day or something posted about resolution, I'm cancelling my subscriptionpic.twitter.com/QFaqojMQPx
