.@GooglePlayMusic @Google just had to cancel my music subscription. You wont let me deauthorize devices and I have a new phone. 
Cant get my own music on my phone. That seems silly. Can you help? Been a LONGTIME customer.
Hi Brant, there was an issue earlier but it should be fixed now. If it persist, you can try clearing the app's cache, here's how: ☰ > Settings > Clear cache. Let us know if it helps.
