I'm having this issue too. The chat isn't available, and I requested a call back only to get one where the recording said they couldn't take calls right now. It's ridiculous.

Same issue. Waited on hold with phone support for 40 mins, told it was a known issue with no known fix and to send feedback email. Come on,
