@GooglePlayMusic I just opened my playlist with thumbs-up songs and all of them dissappeared but I checked few stations and these songs are still with thumbs up

It did work, I am always up to date, sometimes I am having an issue with specific song it is corrupted cache and the song cannot play, that happens even when the song is downloaded. And the refresh is not working for them
Thanks for letting us know. You can try clearing the app's cache: Settings > Apps > Google Play Music > Storage > Clear cache. Keep us posted!
