@GooglePlayMusic hi could do with some help. Downloaded a song earlier but it doesn't appear with my other songs in Music app on my Sony phone. Any way I can transfer it over?

I have the same problem and they couldn't help me. I still don't have my songs and I haven't been offered a refund. Next time I'm uing iTunes

Same, didn't want to go back to apple, but have been forced to by this stupid system. Glad it was only one song and not an album.
