@GooglePlayMusic somehow my subscription is cancelled for youtube red/google play music and now I can't get it back?!

Now you guys charged me for a free trial after your employee told me that I would get google play music free with youtube red and didn't. Is there somewhere to talk to someone who knows what they are talking about?

Wouldn't pending not fully go through and be two $1 charges instead of the full price of the subscription? If you take the full price of the subscription OUT of my bank account how can you call that a free trial? I have been a google play music fan for about since you came out

and have had a great experience until this. This is ridiculous and that person on the phone sounded like he was high as a kite and gave me bad information TWICE. Now, I lost the plan that I had randomly and cannot get it back and got overcharged for a free trial. This is awesome
