@GooglePlayMusic why does your app never work? Even when I have songs downloaded to my phone they never fucking play.

Sorry I never even saw that I got a reply to this oops So whenever I'm on a data connection the app itself just doesn't load. I just get a white page where my music should be listed. Even if I switch it to 'downloaded only' mode nothing loads And no its only on my Nexus 6P
That's really odd! Have you also tried uninstalling & reinstalling app updates or disabling & enabling the app from the device setting?

Yeah, and it even happens on a different Nexus 6P. It only happens when the data connection is slow (usually when I'm driving). This sounds weird but it always seems like the app interface itself is loading over the data connection
