Sure would be nice if @GooglePlayMusic fixed issues with showing duplicated tracks under albums when its in both "libraries", Google's and yours. Makes listening to albums near impossible. Before I realized I was deleting my music I used to click 'remove from library'. #annoying
That's odd! Could you file a feedback report here: Play Music app > Menu > Send feedback? Our product team will look into it.

Might be in partly due to confusion on our end. Definitely a blemish though on google music services design.
