I didn't pay for anything. My account was charged without me knowing. I have looked at my order history and my last purchase was last year.

As you see the charge on your bank statement, likely the payment was taken from your saved debit card on Google Play. If so, the refund shouldn't take more than 3-5 business days. Processing time can be affected by the card issuer too.

Could it just be an unatherized payment by accident on your behalf? Because I know for sure I havnt bought anything from google play? Sorry for all the questions I'm just worried someone else could have access to my bank details
