@GooglePlayMusic Uhm... Why am I not allowed to listen to my downloaded music on repeat or skip songs?
I hate this so much. I use Play Music so I DON'T have to pay for repeats and skips on MY music.

Just to confirm, is this across browsers/devices? Also, could you try signing out from your account, restarting your device and signing back? Let us know if that works!

It happened on my phone. But I restarted my phone and I was good to go! Really weird bug haha
