@GooglePlayMusic I had to reinstall Windows and then reinstall the music uploaded but I need to deauthorize some devices and it says I can't deauthorize any more.

And I should add that I only actually have 2 devices. My phone and my laptop. So I don't need to have 10 devices authorized at one time.
