@GooglePlayMusic Why do albums I've streamed recently show when I look at the "Downloaded Only" view?

Just did and restarted the app but the same experience. Example attached. Three albums downloaded, three just recently played and going into them the individual tracks aren't downloaded, so trying to remove them threatens to delete from my library...pic.twitter.com/S69boP39tv
