That's odd. Have you tried clearing the app's cache: Play Music app > Menu > Settings > Clear cache > Restart Device? Also, try to refresh your music library. Here's how: https://goo.gl/ZdQq4e . Keep us posted.

Cleared cash and restarted, no dice. Didn’t refresh library but here’s a possible issue - the album/song showing on new releases isn’t even showing under milky chance/all albums. It’s like it doesn’t exist.
