@GooglePlayMusic hi, I have the iOS app, my google play music keeps removing music periodically, everything I downloaded in the last several months into my library is gone today... who do I contact to report this issue

Didn’t get resolved, after sending them my system feedback I was told that my issue is fixed and I just need to update the app? But my app is up to date, how can I get a hold of someone sane and competent?
