I do have one more question, is there any way to add music I paid for on one account to another account? It helps having them on one account but if I have to pay to get the music again, I might as well get the physical copy.

Your purchased items can't be exported to another account. However, you can share eligible purchased items with Google Play Music family plan. More info here: https://goo.gl/fZFkiS
