Anybody else unable to log onto Music Manager for Google Play. I'm getting "Couldn't connect to Google Play" the last several days @GooglePlayMusic
We'd like to help! Please sign out and then sign back in to Music Manager. Also, have you tried the steps mentioned in this Help Center article: https://goo.gl/9Lf1Ar ? Let us know how it goes.

Some more information about my issue. If I open Google Play on my browser and log in and then try clicking on my Music Manager icon, the normal Music Manager window opens but the Music Manager login screen also appears and still won't let me log in ("Couldn't connect...")

I'm not sure what you mean by "sign out" from Music Manager when it won't let me sign in (I did try going to and signing out of Google Play, but it didn't help). I've tried all of the steps in the Help Center article, and they don't help. When I do the "up, up..." steps...
