@GooglePlayMusic Why can't I use your Music Manager? 
I've been a member since it started and I'm disgusted. 
I can't upload my music. 
This needs to be fixed asap.

I've installed it on my Microsoft Surface Book v1, and when I click nothing happens. Tried running it as an Admin, nothing. I have deleted it and installed it 4 times, nothing. I've restarted my computer, nothing.
