That's definitely odd. Are you getting a specific error message? Also, let us know how are you accessing Play Music (browser/ iOS /Android).

Android. I'm on galaxy note 8. No error it will be locked and I'm listening and it just stops.

Thanks for the info, Larry. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This mostly helps fix the issue but will delete any offline music. Let us know if that works.
