@GooglePlayMusic why can I no longer turn on "downloaded only"? Every time I try it tries to force me to sign up for subscription plans. Is podcasting and music no longer an option without a subscription?? @GooglePlay

Every time I open that link it tells me "phone support is currently closed" and will not allow me to fill in the form. I've tried at various times of day. I still can't select this option to download only.
