@GooglePlayMusic why can I no longer turn on "downloaded only"? Every time I try it tries to force me to sign up for subscription plans. Is podcasting and music no longer an option without a subscription?? @GooglePlay

I tried that -- a few times. I also cleared out all apps and even restarted phone. It still won't let me turn on downloaded only.
