Meanwhile, If you want to submit an update to your app, please make appropriate changes and create a new release through Play Console, and it will be subject to Google Play Policy review. Hope it helps

Genuine question, if this wasn't Signal, would you have done the same for other developers? Please please PLEASE revamp Play Store support for Devs. It's simply not good enough that having tweets 'go viral' is the only way to speak to a human
