@TeamYouTube I need help, my latest 1080p upload is only displaying at 360p playback.
I have met the pre-requisites, what gives?

video was uploaded 24 hours before being published. I have uploaded 5 videos throughout the month with the same settings with no issues. Latest one has the 360p issue

I, and it seems others, have been having this problem too. Best option I've found just delete the video and reupload. I had one sat for a couple of days and it still wasn't processed properly.

Thanks buddy I'll try it out if the support doesn't come through. It doesn't make sense.
