This is assuming they approve any of us, I re-did my entire channel & im still not sure they will approve it. Didn’t put much time into it, bcuz I ain’t making any money + they killed my channel anyways lol so I basically started over RIP $8,000 a month

fair use is a defense, not a rule, for use of copyright rule. https://fairuse.stanford.edu/overview/fair-use/what-is-fair-use/ … but in broad strokes it HELPS protect you when (1) appliing commentary and criticism, or (2) parody NOW whether

The stanford source and the criticism argument is still valid but my understanding of how to effectively fight against has changed. Like Fair Use is more of a balancing game than a cut and dry decision and Fair Use dictated in the US can be different in another country...
