    I would generalize this by saying billionaires exist because they are exceptional at applying targeted leverage. That can take the form of either productive leverage (technology, labor, capital, media) or destructive leverage (political power, violence).

    Billionaires exist because they can code apps.

    A major issue I have with writing is that there are clear power laws of who I respect/think is the most interesting in the crypto ecosystem. I could easily do a long post citing only 2 or 3 prolific, insightful Twitter personalities.

    During last bull market there were obvious issues w/ blockchains that didn’t clear solutions. That’s changing. Scalability -> Sharding/Rollups Privacy -> zkSnarks Finality -> PoS Volatility -> Stablecoins (Dai) Need all of these together and abstracted to drive real adoption.

    It’s an oldie but a goodie: why is the future of mining? MIT explains the future of Handshake and what it is trying to accomplish. I believe this is set to replace Ethereum as the king of mineable coins (at least until the ASICs come in three months 🤪).

    After many years of cryptocurrency research, my conclusion is that even if you become a top 1% researcher in this space, there's still so much you don't know, don't understand or just haven't learned the true nuances of, and you're still completely wrong about almost everything.
