Since gyms have been open I have been talking to hella athletes, powerlifters, and general gym rats and in the process, I have been asking many questions with regards to potentially bridging a training gap in eSports and I want to know if anyone is even interested in what I found

@IC_BL4nK is a major fitness expert and I'm sure he'd love to see it! He helped me drop from 115kg to 104kg whilst playing games
@GoliathGamingZA does have some physical exercise sessions with the players if I'm not mistaken

We've got fitness and yoga sessions as part of our bootcamps, and also work with (sports doctor) Dr. @Janesh_Ganda who shares super valuable insight on good nutrition, physical activity and the importance of sleep for gamers
