Breaking: The Seattle City Council just voted 7-2 to override Mayor Durkan's veto on police budget changes for the rest of 2020, including cutting 100 officers through layoffs and attrition and dismantling Nav Team. This was an unlikely outcome two hours ago. #seattleprotests
