This is a fundamentally flawed decision. Not all
#beef is bad. 100%#Grassfed#pastureforlife animals actually sequester carbon. Our grasslands are greater carbon sinks than the forests. Simple research required. Lost on a chancellor from the fashion world. -
All cows emit greenhouse gases, even on what I’m sure is a lovely farm like yours. It’s hard to hear when it goes against your business but beef does have the largest footprint of all meats. Slow steps I think.

The irony was that there was a cafe in the Goldsmiths Student Union that served amazing vegan food until the SU hiked up the rent a few years ago.
