You're saying turns on Arena take a while? Hmm, I've always found it's about the person not paying attention and clicking to continue. I think there should be an Obvious Sound to remind them to proceed.
#MTGArena is a great way to kill time while waiting for my opponent's turn playing Hearthstone... turns take forever, even for mundane things like attacking an empty board while opponent is tapped out.
