I love reserved list arguments because nobody understands the underlying problems with abolishing the reserved list, why Legacy is bullshit, and how simple the problem is to fix without breaking the reserved list.

When WOTC needs a spike in sales they'll make it happen. For now, it's all talk.. I can see them running with all the above you listed (I.e. legendary /he proof duals) - They already decided to dabble into this to a lesser extent with EDH flip cards (Itlimoc etc.)

Let's hope they get creative with the idea and "make it work." For example, with the dual lands a ton of players who want them are EDH players, seriously. Yes, they don't need them, but they want to pimp and refine their decks. How about EDH only duals to fix issue?
