I love reserved list arguments because nobody understands the underlying problems with abolishing the reserved list, why Legacy is bullshit, and how simple the problem is to fix without breaking the reserved list.

Wasn't it ressurrected/popularized because it was made into a GP format? Or did SCG create the hype first? I feel like Legacy became the defacto "play all your old cards format", just like Vintage had been in the old days - after that.
There may have been a token GP once or twice a year, but I give SCG full credit for catapulting Legacy to the forefront.

Oh, sure. I agree with that. I started playing it after being introduced to it locally, but spent every sunday watching legacy. Kinda happy that time is over. I have 6-7 extra hours each week to do shit.
