This is a red herring, it's top five most obnoxious cards ever printed and would never been reprinted no matter it's RL status.

And BTW, LED is a perfect example of a card that would NOT hold it's price well under reprint. That privilege would be reserved for Tier 1/2 93-94 black bordered, and even that market would suffer, especially if new versions had sweet art/hot MPS frames, etc.
