People constantly talking about the reserve list as if WotC would be sued and/or they would care. Let's pretend your limited to nothing knowledge k in the the subject was close to being correct. Companies constantly break promises and break the law for profits. On purpose.
People constantly think that Wizards has any incentive to break the reserved list - they don't. Wizards doesn't care about tier 4 & 5 formats (played, not playability)
