Or are you claiming that "Snow duals" in a Standard set would "ruin" Legacy?
My argument is that if everyone plays Non-rotatong formats, they can't sell standard level sets anymore.

They would still need to sell Magic to those players, so they would have to make sets on a higher power level to have any impact on Legacy
