I don't agree with either ban but you're looking at Scapeshift as the new durdle-haha-GOT-YOU! deck and Glistener Elf remains unscathed.
In case you somehow missed it and rely on my for information Summer Bloom / Splinter Twin banned in Modern because people on sometimes.

Reveillark is still a good way to add resiliency to a Kiki-Exarch kill, so the deck just needs a retooling and you'll see it back again.
