Sure you can play wastes in your standard deck...but you're going to want to max out on Shrine of Forsaken Gods / Sanctum of Ugin first

@MeditronS the deck needs red for Kozilek's Return, 8x rare lands, and a plethora of forests for Nissa's Pilgrimage, not a lot of room left
