@MeditronS lowering the bar does not make an achievement. Stating something is a "limited" ability is a design cop-out.

@GoingMadlem to use the car example, some cars are luxury, some are off road, you design for specific niches and markets.

@MeditronS when I buy an off-road car, I expect it to be capable of driving on the road as well.

@MeditronS true, but there is more than one model of car available from Cadillac. We aren't getting Theros - limited & Theros - constructed

@MeditronS the set, by nature, needs to fulfill multiple roles. Heroic & Bestow CAN be designed as playable in constructed but just aren't.

@GoingMadlem bestow can, boon satyr i.e., but heroic is unlikely without a very undercosted powerful effect. Heroic is a limited mechanic
