How are prices on Pucatrade determined? How often are they updated? 1 point is roughly equal to 1 cent? CC: @Hackworth

@GoingMadlem Yes, 1 point = 1 cent, prices are TCG counting NM only, and I'm told they update at 12pm and 12am, 2x day.
