One of the highlights of my dad dying during the Pandemic is that @WellsFargo continues to be an absolute pain in the ass at every step of the way.
They refuse to answer even the most basic questions without a court order and then won't even open the court order for a month after I send it (with tracking) to acknowledge they've received it and begin dispersing funds.

Call in to ask where the dispersement of funds is at in the process and they tell me to call back in two weeks to see if they've gotten it started yet.

I'm tired of companies who have a history of being shitty to customers using the Pandemic as an excuse to be shitty. They've had nearly a year to expand the "mail-in exception" team. They've known about A. Increased death rate and B. Increased use of mail-in for that entire time
