On June 21st I ordered a dishwasher from @Lowes.com
It was expected to arrive July 6th, not ideal... but we wanted it in black to match the rest of the appliances so that was our option.
June 28th I get an e-mail delayed until August 1st. Zero communication since.
I know I'm not alone, that's the problem. They know there are issues and are taking no steps to address them because there's no real alternatives anymore

During the pandemic, and I don't mean this as a brag, best buy had three amazing sales on appliances. Purchased a new microwave, fridge, and washer dryer set. Delivered with no problem on time (two weeks on fridge, estimated 3 weeks at order). So it's possible to not suck
