On June 21st I ordered a dishwasher from @Lowes.com
It was expected to arrive July 6th, not ideal... but we wanted it in black to match the rest of the appliances so that was our option.
June 28th I get an e-mail delayed until August 1st. Zero communication since.
You'd think that they would let someone know that the thing they ordered is NEVER GOING TO ARRIVE rather than just wait for them to show up asking for their $600... but here we are.
This is the second abysmal @Lowes appliance experience of the year... but I don't expect it to

change... well ever, because this is what happens when you commoditize specialty products. Sears is gone, HH Gregg is gone, Best Buy is on it's way out... we're left with a world of hardware stores just carrying appliances as an after thought. Wal*Mart isn't the only evil empire
