If they haven’t offered further explanation that’s messed up but I can vouch a lot of supply chains are horridly messed up in my line of work.
If the supply chain is messed up, they shouldn't be selling appliances they don't actually have, seems pretty easy to me.

Yeaaa that part I can't really give them too much credit for I suppose. In this current age I usually give a retailer the benefit of the doubt.
