Every LGS is charging $45+ for Brawl decks. Every Target is charging $21.

Is Target your LGS's competitor?

Why would that possibly matter?

Another LGS. If Target is its competitor, then so is Costco cause they also sell energy drinks there, and so is Michael's cause they also sell candy there, and so is home Depot cause they also sell paint for your minis there, etc.

Target sells so many different products that they don't need to make as much money per itemthan a specialized store. Yes something might cost more when you go to a store that has a niche market, but odds it probably has more of that than a big box stores.

But see, here’s the thing: someone else’s profit margins doesn’t mean I have any interest in paying double for the product from my LGS.

And the reason it has more of it is partially because people don’t want to buy it for 2-3 times its price elsewhere.
