Fucking livid with @comcastcares right now and I shouldn't be surprised... trying to bill me for equipment that I returned a month ago... AND the tech they sent out because their service wasn't working despite promises I wouldn't be charged for either.

In terms of customer service...cable TV / Internet providers ALWAYS rank lowest. They have zero motivation to provide good customer service. Once you sign with them (and rarely do you have a cable option) they know they've got you.

I’m almost certain it’s normal for all communication/cable services to charge you for everything and just get lucky 1/5 of the time or something that people don’t notice
